Tatters Of The King

Tatters Of The King is a Lovecraftian mystery adventure game, in which you take the role of a detective sent to investigate a murder crime scene. As the investigation takes an unexpected and dangerous turn, you will explore multiple locations inside the city, such as the library, the park and the docks, and uncover cryptic clues, riddles and plots as you dive deeper and deeper into the the mysterious figure known only as "The King In Yellow", and the cult serving it. You should be fine as long as you keep your wits about you and manage to stay sane... 

Currently planning on three arcs, a prologue and an epilogue, each arc accompanied by its own semi-dungeon, this is a narrative focused game, with puzzles that might make you need to bust out a notebook and sharpen your pencil. It also includes a special crank mechanic, multiple cutscenes and animations, and 6 unique locations.

To play- download the playdate SDK (https://play.date/dev/), and open the simulator. Then, on the up right corner, click on  open and choose the unzipped game file. Enjoy!
